Payment may be made in either Euros or Pounds Sterling (see below). Prices are valid for all bookings made before 31st July 2010, when we will be reviewing our prices. In the meantime ...

All prices have been held at 2008 prices !

We set our prices in euros, based upon comparable euro prices charged by local self catering accommodation. However, we welcome payments in either euros or pounds sterling (see below). To assist UK guests, given the current low value of the pound, we have held the pounds sterling exchange rate we use at 2008 levels (approx 1.3 €/£). Wherever you are from, you can choose which currency you prefer to pay in !

Prices are for the villa, and not per person.

Prices are charged according to the month in which the majority of the booked week falls (i.e. 4 days in June + 3 days in July = June prices. 3 days in March + 4 days in April = April prices).

A 10% discount is available for bookings of 3 weeks (which is our maximum stay bookable).

Prices Include :

	hire of the villa for up to 6 people
	bed linen (duvet)
	bath, hand and tea towels
	linen replacement every Saturday
	all electricity and logs

We ask you to bring your own garden/sunbathing towels !

Cooking is by full sized gas hob (gas bottles replaced free of charge as need be) and by electric oven and microwave.

A log burner is installed in the living room - and can heat the whole villa !. However, supplementary electric radiators are also provided in each room.
