We are happy to accept payment in a number of different ways - whichever suits you best :

by most credit cards or debit cards, on-line through PayPal (a subsidiary of the e-bay)

bullet

by cheque drawn on either a UK (in £ sterling) or a French (€ Euro) bank account

bullet

by International Bankers Draft, payable in either £ sterling or € Euros

How to make a booking

  1. Please read the Booking Conditions and our Comfort Guidelines to check they're OK with you.

  2. To check availability :

    * look at our availability on this website : click here

    * then e-mail, text or ring us to check availability (we may have recently taken a booking !)

  3. If you wish to book, please e-mail, text or phone to let us know and to advise how you prefer to pay your non-returnable* 25% booking deposit (or full payment + breakages/excess cleaning deposit if booking within 8 weeks).

The easiest and quickest way - enabling almost immediate confirmation of your booking - is to pay by credit or debit card, for which we will send you a PayPal electronic invoice by e-mail to enable you to make your payment. *(See Booking Conditions regarding the possibility of transferring your booking deposit to another booking if you do need to cancel, if you have booked a long time in advance, but then find that when flights go on sale there is a lack of suitable flights).

  1. We will then hold these dates for you for 24 hours to enable you to make your payment (if paying by debit/credit card) or for you to confirm to us that you have put a cheque in the post (if paying by cheque). If payment or confirmation of posting isn't received within 24 hours the dates will no longer be held - sorry, but we have had people say they wanted to book, only for us never to hear from them again !
  2. Your booking form can then follow in due course, either by e-mail or post. A booking form is available for printing off from this web site (Booking Form), or from us by fax or e-mail.

If you e-mail it we will ask you to sign it when you arrive.

  1. Upon receipt of your payment and booking form we will e-mail to confirm your booking (normally almost immediately if you have paid by debit/credit card and sent your booking form by e-mail).

This will be followed by written confirmation, together with detailed information on how to get to us, and other practical information you may find useful (e.g. location of banks/shops/bars/restaurants, opening times etc).
